Leaders and executives

You perform a lot. You feel little.

For Latin American leaders, executives, doctors, lawyers, consultants and specialists who are very good at what they do and stopped knowing what it's for a while ago.

Where you are today

You show up for everyone. Except yourself.

Your calendar is full, your work is good and people count on you. But the tiredness doesn't go away with sleep, and the same question keeps coming back in the car, in the shower, at night: is this it?

  • You live on autopilot: meeting after meeting, no room to think.
  • You're tired, but it isn't the kind of tired sleep fixes.
  • You make big decisions with a head full of noise.
  • You're not bad… but you're not good either, and you feel guilty saying it.
  • You've tried therapy, books or a retreat; the relief lasted a few weeks.

You did everything you were supposed to do. Now what?

It isn't a performance problem. It's a question of meaning.

What changes in 4 months

From performing on autopilot to performing with purpose.

TodayIn 4 months
You react to what's urgent all day.You decide from what matters, with a clear head.
Your energy runs out before the week does.Habits that sustain your energy, not just your calendar.
You feel like you're playing a part. You know who you are beyond the title.
Pressure overwhelms you or hardens you.Calm under pressure: Stoicism put into practice.
You wonder if you took the wrong path.A clear sense of purpose for the years ahead.

How it works

Four months. One principle a month. Something every day.

It isn't a course you consume or a talk that inspires you for a day. It's a structured process, with someone walking beside you and a practice that becomes your own.

Month 1 · UncoverGratitude
Month 2 · RewriteLove
Month 3 · RebuildIntention
Month 4 · IntegrateWill
  1. Every week

    A session with your mentor

16 video sessions, one-on-one or in a group of three at most. We look at what happened, what moved and what comes next.

  2. Every day

    Practice in the MAAT app

A short morning check-in, an evening close to review the day's decisions and your habits in plain sight. Five minutes in the morning and five at the end of the day hold the change between sessions.

  3. Always

    A community of peers

People at the same point in life. No posing: people who know what it's like to have it all on paper and not recognize yourself inside.

Who it's for

An honest filter, both ways.

It's for you if…

  • You have a stable career and a life that works on paper.
  • Something inside doesn't add up and you don't want to ignore it anymore.
  • You want a guided process, not more scattered information.
  • You're willing to look at yourself honestly for 4 months.

It's not for you if…

  • You're looking for productivity tips or instant results.
  • You expect someone to fix your life without your commitment.
  • You're in an acute clinical crisis: mental health care comes first.
  • You're not interested in looking inward.

Plans

Two ways to go through the process.

The 16-week process is the same. With 1:1 we add personal support and personalized studies; in the group you go through it with peers.

FAQ

What people usually ask before starting.

Something else on your mind? Email us at info@somosmaat.org or message us on WhatsApp.

Is this therapy?

No. MAAT is a mentoring program: it works on emotional regulation, identity, beliefs, meaning and habits through a structured method, spiritual engineering. It doesn't replace psychological or psychiatric treatment. If you're going through a clinical crisis, that support comes first, and we'll tell you so honestly in the clarity session.

What does decision-making have to do with peace of mind?

Almost everything. Many of the conflicts draining your energy today started with a decision made in the heat of the moment. Spiritual engineering works on how you decide, what you weigh each decision against and what peace it leaves you with, so you live with fewer conflicts and more coherence.

How much time does it take each week?

One weekly session with your mentor and five minutes in the morning and five at the end of the day in the app: a check-in to start and an evening close. It's designed for people with demanding schedules.

Is it in person or online?

Sessions happen over video call, so you can do the process from any country and time zone. In-person retreats, ceremonies and expeditions are optional: they are announced separately and aren't needed to complete the process. The closing ceremony can be held online.

What happens in the clarity session?

It's a private, free conversation. We talk about where you are, what you've already tried and what you want to change. If MAAT makes sense for you, we walk you through the process and plans. If it doesn't, we'll tell you what could help.

I've tried therapy, courses and retreats. Why would this be different?

Because it isn't one more isolated attempt. It's a 4-month process with an order: first you understand the beliefs you're living from, then you rewrite them, and finally you build habits that hold them. With someone beside you every week.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the plan (1:1 or group). We share the exact investment in the clarity session, once we both know the process is right for you.

What happens after the 4 months?

You close the process with a closing ceremony, and you can stay on in comuni-MAAT, the graduate community, to keep what you built.
