Question 1
How do you decide?
The state you decide from: calm or exhaustion, clarity or fear, purpose or pressure. The same dilemma resolves differently depending on the state you look at it from.
The MAAT method
The combination of the logical side and the subtle, emotional side of being human, to build people in balance. We don't start with your habits or your calendar: we start with who you are and the beliefs you're living from.
First who you are. Then what you do.
Changing habits without changing beliefs is pushing a door that keeps swinging shut.
The starting point
Spiritual engineering starts from a simple observation: the life you have today is, to a large extent, the sum of the decisions you made. When coherence, peace and fulfillment are the goal, deciding well stops being a productivity issue and becomes a spiritual one.
Question 1
The state you decide from: calm or exhaustion, clarity or fear, purpose or pressure. The same dilemma resolves differently depending on the state you look at it from.
Question 2
Your values, your beliefs, what's up to you and what isn't. A decision that skips that filter keeps reopening, again and again.
Question 3
The final question. A good decision isn't always the most comfortable one, but it leaves you at peace with who you are.
Between what you feel and what you do, there is a space. That's where everything is decided.
That is applied metacognition: noticing what you think before it thinks for you.
Turn down the volume of the emotion before you respond. A few seconds change the quality of what comes next.
Notice what you're thinking and from which belief. Is it you talking, or the exhaustion, the fear or the pride?
Choose what keeps you in coherence, not what quiets the urgency of the moment.
When you give yourself that space to breathe and think through each decision, things start to have fewer conflicts, fewer problems and fewer complicated situations to untangle. In the mentoring you practice it every day: in the morning check-in, in the evening close and in every session.
Why spiritual engineering
Logic alone explains, but it doesn't transform. Spirituality alone inspires, but it doesn't last. Together they regulate your emotions and design a life with coherence, purpose and peace of mind.

The subtle side
The 4 principles
Each month has a focus and a question. The order matters: you can't rebuild what you haven't seen.

Before you change something, you have to see it. You take an honest look at what you already have, what brought you here and the beliefs you're living from.

Photo or paper cut: hands, connection, care

You rewrite how you relate to yourself and others: from care, not from pressure. This is where limiting beliefs start to change shape.

You choose where your energy goes and design the plan to get there. What used to be an idea becomes a tracked habit.

You hold to what you chose once the motivation runs out, and integrate the journey so it doesn't depend on the process.
The foundation
Philosophy with centuries of practice, science on how the brain changes, and a spirituality that is lived, not recited.

Pillar 1
Practical philosophy to decide calmly under pressure: telling apart what's up to you from what isn't.

Pillar 4
An honest connection with what gives you meaning: silence, gratitude, rituals, nature and pilgrimages. No dogma, no pretty phrases.
How it works
It isn't a course you consume or a talk that inspires you for a day. It's a structured process, with someone walking beside you and a practice that becomes your own.
16 video sessions, one-on-one or in a group of three at most. We look at what happened, what moved and what comes next.
A short morning check-in, an evening close to review the day's decisions and your habits in plain sight. Five minutes in the morning and five at the end of the day hold the change between sessions.
People at the same point in life. No posing: people who know what it's like to have it all on paper and not recognize yourself inside.

The MAAT app
What you work on in session becomes practice every day. Your mentor sees your progress and arrives at each session knowing how your week went.
Clarity session
Pick the day and time that suit you best for a private, free session.
