MAAT Mentoring
4 months and 16 sessions with your mentor, one principle a month: Gratitude, Love, Intention and Will.
See the methodThe project
MAAT was born from an uncomfortable question: why do so many brilliant people feel empty right when everything is going well? This is the project we built to answer it.

The intention
In ancient Egypt, Maat was the principle of balance, truth and order. Her symbol was a feather: at the end of the road, the heart was weighed against it. A light heart belonged to a life lived with coherence.
That's what we're after: that what you do on the outside and who you are on the inside weigh the same again. No more success at your own expense, and no wellbeing at the expense of your dreams. Coherence.
The structure
One center and several doors. At the center is the mentoring; around it, everything that sustains it day to day and brings it to more people.

For companiesExperiences
It's made of daily moments and rituals, conscious or not: how you wake up, how you eat, how you decide, how you close the day. At MAAT we learn to live them with intention.
And when we meet in person, what we've learned settles into the body. In-person gatherings amplify the knowledge gained and the new friendships born along the way.

Values and community
Philosophy and science, not pretty phrases. If it can't be practiced on Monday, it doesn't make the cut.
What you understand has to be lived: in daily practice, in nature, in your decisions.
No one changes alone. comuni-MAAT brings together those who've been through the process to keep growing together.

The founder
For more than 8 years I worked as a strategist alongside business owners and executives. I saw the same pattern again and again: brilliant on the outside, exhausted on the inside. And at some point I saw myself in that pattern.
What got me out wasn't one more course. It was Stoic philosophy as a daily practice, neuroscience to understand how we actually change, and the pilgrimages that made me listen. MAAT is the process I wish I'd had.
Who is behind it
Rubén personally guides every mentoring process. For some experiences, outside facilitators and allies join in, chosen for what each gathering needs.
